10 STEPS TO GET YOU STARTED
I have purposely numbered these 10 to 1. they are your countdown to the new you! You may want to take before and after photos. If you clean your entire body and change your diet, your results will be drastic. This is your journey, so make it memorable!
10. Start cutting back on (or eliminating) white sugar, white flour, and white pastas (read labels)
WHITE SUGAR:
It turns to fat in the blood; it feeds infection and parasites LOVE IT! It is an inflammatory. Notice what happens when you eat a lot of sugary foods before bedtime - you wake up puffy. How many times are you going to allow your skin to stretch? THIS is a sure way to get wrinkles.
WHITE FLOUR:
Ever make paper mache as a child? Ingredients? Flour and water. It gets sticky and hardens. This causes the digestive system to become sluggish, thereby causing less absorption and weight to creep on. Not to mention, the fatigue that comes from eating these types of food.
WHITE PASTA:
Is made with white flour, so all the above applies. Notice was happens when you fill up on white pasta or white flour, your tendency to crave sweets afterwards increases. Portion control is key when eating these.
9. Increase your water intake
According to the U.S Dept. of the Interior "Up to 60 percent of the human body is water, the brain is composed of 70 percent water, and the lungs are nearly 90 percent water. 83 percent of our blood is water, which helps digest our food, transport waste, and control our body temperature.
A raisin, a prune, and leather are all dried out - We don't have to be!
8. Eat more fresh organic raw fruits and vegetables - chew ALL food to a liquid!
Fruits and vegetables are loaded with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and enzymes. They are both cleansing, nutritious, and help keep you clean and lean inside. Live foods keep you alive longer!
7. Stop eating fast, processed, and junk foods.
They are man-made, loaded with harmful additives, addicting, and fattening.
6. Begin preparing your own meals
Can save you money now in food bills and now and later in medical bills.
YOU'RE HALFWAY THERE AND LOOKING GOOD!
5. Exercise - walk, run, dance, play tennis, ride your bike, lift weights, play with your kids, etc.
If you think you don't have the energy for this, you'd be surprised to find that like attracts like.
4. Clean your bowel
Are you pooped? Try pooping! If you are not having 2-3 bowel movements a day, you are constipated. 95% of the population falls under this category. The average person caries around 10 15 pounds of old waste, and they wonder why they're tired and overweight.
3. Clean your liver
Did you know ... most ALL diseases - develop months, even years after the liver failed to keep the blood clean? If your liver is sluggish is stores fat instead of burns fat.
2. Clean your kidneys
According to a former employer, he states, high blood pressure is responsible for half of all kidney disease, while the other half is mostly caused by Diabetes from the high sugar content in the blood.
1. Once you attain your optimal health, maintain it every 3 months like you do your vehicle - both will run smoother and last you longer. Incorporating all 10 steps will bring about the NEW YOU sooner than later!
Remember . . . good health (and death) start in the colon. Don't be a statistic. Regaining your best health and naturally good looks is simple, but it starts with you!
