Massage services can be somewhat expensive, but certain places will offer you discounts if you come often enough. Either that, or you can sign up for a plan that saves you money, which would be a lot more affordable than buying massages each time you come in. Depending on what business you go to, and if it is independently owned, you may be able to form a relationship with the owners and further drive down the price.

The primary benefit of weekly massages is the relief that is given to different parts of the body. Over the course of the week, tension builds in many places, and it can inhibit our daily activities. A massage relieves this physical stress and enables you to operate at an optimal level. This is invaluable in this fast-paced world, and you will find that the investment in massage services quickly pays off in the way you feel and the increased productivity you have.

Being productive is meaningless if we are not healthy, and there are tons of health problems out there that can bring us down at any moment. Massages stimulate portions of the body that are responsible for fighting off conditions, and having your body regularly recharged in this way is overall beneficial to your health. Most importantly, the positive feelings generated from massages reduces stress to an almost nonexistent level, and since stress is a major contributor to heart disease and cancer, this is certainly an important factor.

Getting a massage improves your focus, both after and during the massage. It enables you to think more clearly without having to worry about troubles that perpetually cross our minds. Experiencing clouded thinking can be very unpleasant and debilitating, and being free of this is quite liberating. For all these reasons and more, you should definitely consider a weekly massage, or at least one on a less frequent basis.

How the Child Develops Consciousness

Early Revelations.

Early in my research into the alternate health field, I had some interesting revelations. During one particular meditation, I had a visualization about how a Child develops it's Awareness and Consciousness each time it incarnates. I has remained a real curiosity and I place it amongst some of my gems. A Soul returning to Earth is a bit like a Plane landing at an Airport. The imagery is full of symbolism and requires an analysis of the components and their interactions.

The Soul Essence lands like a Plane.

Imagine a Plane represents the Souls Essence. The Soul establishes its earthly connection at conception. It then goes into a flight pattern, hovering around for Nine months in the womb and it's Consciousness (psychic and emotional framework) continues to build until it actually lands (concrete stage) on earth at around seven years of age. From conception, the Soul begins to take in everything it can about the airport: it's birth environment, the people and the conditions it will grow up in. It hears communications through the womb, from the mother and other people in the environment.

The plane or Soul will experience a wide range of Environmental Weather conditions before landing. The Weather is very influential and will affect the Souls awareness development. Extreme environmental turbulence may create a dysfunctional and insecure child, for instance. Clear, settled environmental conditions may produce a secure child.

The Soul brings all it's Baggage.

The Soul's Essence contains the total collection of consciousness that has accumulated throughout all it's previous reincarnations. The individuals total life history is imbedded in the Soul's Essence. It remembers all the past experiences that facilitated the Soul's progress as well as all the past experiences that remain unresolved. The Soul's conscious recall and understanding of this history depends on a combination of things. Some aspects that will influence the Souls Memory Expression (SME) will be: the number and quality of past lives, the sensitivity of the individual and the environment the individual grows up in.

The Soul decides to land.

At Childbirth the Spirit Guides erase a portion of the Souls memory so as to minimize the shock to the nervous system. However, between pregnancy, birth and up to 7 years of age the Child can still recall memory of the Soul's Essence to a large extent. How much the Child is able to recall and incorporate into it's Memory Awareness (MA) in the first seven years depends on how sympathetic the environment is. Calm, clear environments may allow the Child to: recall, collect, collate, assimilate and accommodate it's past lives into a functioning personal identity. When the child grows up in a sympathetic environment and has been allowed to process it's return to earth, it intuitively understands where it has come from and where it is meant to go in this life.

It is important to remember that there will be many different causes why the Soul's reincarnation is 'terminated' before landing. Termination can be by choice, through accumulated grace (karma) or the airport (environment) can terminate incarnation as well. Either way, the Soul has registered another incarnation without having to suffer the full rebirth experience. The Soul can see if a termination is eminent and can choose this moment to incarnate partially and return to the afterlife without fully 'landing'.

You can expand and elaborate on this model at will. It does however open the debate on: what choices the Soul makes before it arrives?, how much of the pregnancy and infancy the Child remembers? What are the best methods and environments to bring up a well adjusted spiritually proactive child?

Stop a Panic Attack - Easy Steps to Stopping Anxiety

If you are trying to stop a panic attack, then you will want to pay attention to these easy steps to stopping anxiety. There are three key areas that you need to focus on if you want to overcome panic attacks.

The first key area is to make sure that you get plenty of rest every night. You need about 8 hours of sleep per night. You can't just settle for 5 hours even though I know some of us do that. Not getting enough sleep leaves our bodies without enough energy to go about our days. Getting 8 hours of sleep per night will keep you awake throughout your day, and the more awake you are, the less the stress will get to you.

If you are not eating right, then its time that you start. Eating healthy foods can also be what makes or breaks your high stress levels. If you are eating lots of junk food, stress will get to you more. If you are eating healthier food, then your body will be more alive and less prone to anxiety.

Lastly, remember to get about an hour of exercise per day. If you only have time for thirty minutes of exercise then that's fine, but if you can stand to get in an hour, that will really help out a lot.

If you follow these keys, you will be able to stop a panic attack from happening. Your stress will go down, and you will feel a lot better as you go through your daily activities.

What is HPV?

With an impaired immune system, the body's health can easily attract various viruses that can infect different parts of the body. There are a number of viruses that can infect every single detail of the body depending on the strength of the immune system. Once good bacteria have fought them, the viruses can often disappear by themselves but some can also endure to make severe effects.

Meanwhile, one of the most common viruses to spread the increased cases of infected victims is the human papillomavirus or most known as the HPV.

What is HPV?

It is actually one of the 60 different epithelial-related and lesion-producing viruses that contributes to the appearance of skin warts, skin cancer, and risks to cervical and penile cancers. However, the transmission of the virus is primarily caused by genital contact, thus, forming different sexually transmitted infections.

Studies show that association of the HPV is increased by sexual intercourse which is why most sexually active teenagers and early adults are greatly affected. Some of them are clueless and about 15 to 20% of victims today are observed seeking gynecological assistance from their personal health care providers. However, regarding women carrying the virus, risks of cervical cancer is a major concern.

HPV indications and symptoms are appearances of genital warts, detected cell changes in the cervix, and other abnormalities. Presently, there are still no widely available tests to thoroughly scan the virus, but Pap tests are still considered one of the trusted screening methods as part of the yearly routine tests of women for identifying early abnormalities.

With all the sexually transmitted infections, prevention of the HPV one of the most important steps. Studies trace a higher risk of HPV to unprotected sex and multiple partners which contributes more exposure to the HPV virus.

People should bear in mind that HPV is a sexually transmitted virus so without protection, they can easily be infected. The instances of weak immune system contribute to a higher rate of infection as well. Having over a hundred types of strains from the HPV, 30 of those are affecting both male and female genital parts. 75% of incidence to both sexes is estimated during the average lifespan and anyone who has ever been exposed to the virus can develop cell changes which cannot be easily treated. And worse, if the virus is kept idle and untreated for years of time, there is higher chance of developing more abnormalities that leads to presence of cancer.

Unfortunately, knowing what is HPV is not enough and getting the complete treatment of the virus is not guaranteed by most medical institutions. However, there are still good treatment options that are offered and provided by doctors and natural health practitioners to reduce longer discomfort and other factors. But in the end, the virus has an easier time staying present as long as the body has a weak immune system.
